Because the board got shutdown again because of a load of database, I had to fettle with the settings again.
As part of that, the server no longer stores what topics you have or haven't read.
IT IS STILL RECORDED!
But now, that information lives in a delicious cookie, rather than the forum database.

Upside: this should reduce the load of database.
Downside: if you use multiple devices to access the board, or you reject delicious cookies, you won't always have that information cookie. But the New Posts feature should take care of that.

So-Cal April 23rd?

Post by scumbag » Fri Apr 02, 2010 11:02 am

So I bought my cap and gown today and I am looking at about 40 days left down here so I was thinking it would be good to see most of yall at one time before I go. I understand that there is a cretins party on the 10th and an MMMC thing on the 1st so maybe this can split the difference between the two.

Since LA/OC is such a vast and wonderful place any suggestions for a locality to meet would be welcomed. Alex's bar? Bigfoot lounge? Ect?

It would be rad to muster all of yall.

Tucko
Motopsycho
Zero
Gsglbc
Stiles (would be nice to meet you)
Karlfoff

If I missed you... Sorry.

Bigfoot is like 5 minutes away from my place, I'm down for there or wherever.

Adding obiwancanopy and bestguess to the equation makes that choice a little LAcentric. Why not something right by where you live in OC, which seems more centric to everyone in LA, LB and IE (including goatfuck IE for Bestguess.).

Or whatever.

But yeah, Mexican food is always the appropriate endpoint

Dayum that's late. I start getting cranky at 9. Ask Stiles how I was nodding off at the Solstice rite at my house last december. Why not 6, so I can peace out by 9-10 without having to worry about somnambulating home.

I picked the wrong week to quit crank.

I'm also replacing my clutch basket at Stevo's this Sunday (Garbage Grove). Whyn't you lollygag over and help me wrap them pipes? Where can I get that funk around here?

I hate tjhose guards that come on the bike, and I equally hate the holes my now nekkid pipes are burning into my raingear. This is what happens when I'm my own worst enemy. I choose the path of dumbness and keep paying.

BTW, since you can't make tonight, are you free for lunch one of these Fridays? Either that same Mexican joint or wherever else--let's see if these's a day when you, Stiles and I can hookup again--Fridays are best fopr me.

Joan Jett should be a kick tonight--have fun.
