Oh, for fuck's sake! What challenges does any short guy face in getting laid from mature women that the rest of us don't? The Judge in this case must have been born with a tiny brain stem.

Actually, I knew alot of short guys that never got laid, but they didnt molest kids. I wanna know what special challenges they face? Reaching stuff on the top shelf?

Personally, I think the judge is a pedophile sympathizer, possibly a pedophile himself. Lets take them both out to the desert and cut their eyelids off.

As a semi short person, 5'6, I would have to say that I don't molest children. Nor do I plan on molesting any children in the near or late future. Now from what I know of the big house, short or not child molester usually spend all their time in solitary or they are murdered pretty fucking fast.

Unfortunately, the judge seems to believe that locking this guy up would be equal to a death sentence and hence inhuman, however letting him out is nothing less than allowing him to continue to prey on innocent children.
He must be locked up for life, end of story. If it is too dangerous to lock him up with other people, put him in solitary for the rest of his life, or in a mental hospital, anywhere that would keep him away from children.
If the necessary prison that is required to lock up a bastard like him doesn't exist, it must be built, physical differences from the norm must not be a get-out-of-jail-free card.
The judge is an ass and should not just be fired, she ought to be forced to tell all the neighbours in his town or whichever town she moves to that she allowed a child molestor to walk.

I understood the point the article made about survival (lame as it was). MY point is, if you can't do the time, DON'T do the crime. There are enough ways for someone to get their jollies in the world, that they NEVER need to prey on children.

I don't buy the argument that pedophiles are "sick". They will not learn that they are doing something wrong. Pedophiles KNOW their actions are wrong. Many admitted pedos have said in print and on TV that the risk of being caught makes it more exciting. I'd say this clown's bought and paid for his risky trip to the big house.

A child molestor? Keep him away from children AND adults by applying a large-caliber handgun round to his head, just behind the ear. Problem solved, and the only issue with his height is you'd have to find a short person to shoot him. I'll volunteer- I'm 5'3"

On the other hand, I think I'll move out to that area and rob me a bank or maybe two....

Well, it's no worse than that teacher in Florida being "too good looking" for prison. Anyone care to discuss the double standard of child molestation. If it were a male teacher I assure you, short or not, he would have done much more time. Oh, and not likely he'd have the "too good looking" for prison argument. Law is so much fun

1) She's a'right. Probably better in sometihng other than a mugshot.

2) And I'll be the first to say it -- for a 14-year-old boy to be boffing a blonde bombshell, someone should give her a medal. Inappropriate? Sure, but if I were 14 and had a chance to stick my thingie in 'er, you bet your sweet ass I'd do it. There was a similar situation here in Baltimore some years ago. The kid was like 16 or so, and the teacher was even hotter than this chick... and all my buds and I could say was "dayum, son, you go."

Maybe I'm sexist, but it really is different for women (girls), I think. That, and the girl was fuckin' 12 years old (2 years makes a significant difference), and that guy looks to be a freak. *sigh*

There, I'm a terrible sexist biggot. Oh, well.

I was trying like hell to get laid at 14 and 15 -- weren't you guys? (Com'on, be honest...)

Additionally, it's the position of trust issue as well as an adult, who should know better issue. Hrm. The new pic still ain't all taht -- not bad, but...

Anyway, yes, my real concern would be that it's an abuse of authority, not that the kid was, well, a kid.

And yes, I knew lots of chicks who were doin' the nasty at that age too, but society (for whatever reason) indicates that it's ok for guys to screw around but it isn't as ok for women. Further, the consequences of women having sex are more difficult (they get pregnant and we don't), thereby complicating the issue.

Anyway. If you argue that teachers shouldn't boff their studnets (in the same way that a Colonel isn't allowed to screw the corporals in his/her command) then yes, I agree.
