That's fuckin' hilarious! I wonder how many UPC symbols I need to save up for the Arc of the Covenant? I'll just leave it on my desk for my students to find, hours of entertainment.

I still want to get a "Velvet Buddy Christ." I think it'd look stunning in a classroom.

One of the funniest little snippets of Internet comic I've ever come across courtesy of Combustibleorange.com

Vance, that strip just proves my theory that Jesus was a delinquent teenager. For example, take the story of Abraham and his son Isaac. Abe waited a hundred years for a son and once he got Isaac, 'God' told him to sacrifice his son to him(God). You can just see it, Jesus, a young teenager, tries to impress his friends by showing him the awsome power his dad has, and tells poor Abraham to kill his only son. God comes in to the room after a hard day of flooding sees what Jesus and his friends are up to. He yells, grabs the microphone away from Jesus and tells Abraham that he was just kidding, here is a lamb, sacrifice that instead. You see? The stories are SO full of contridictions, you know that Jesus was behind all of that and God corrected what he could. And one wonders why God sent Jesus to earth...
Anyway, it's just a theory...

Black Joe. I love you! that is the best, I watched it over and over. Sent to dozens of friends they love it too. Man you spend sometime on the net I guess. I suppose you might deduct I'm less than religious. Jesus might be the longest commercialized personality in history. I believe this attempt in bring him into the 21st century was appropriate.
