I ordered a tire from DK last night, I entered a coupon code for 10% off the purchase. This morning, I received an email from DK customer service stating the coupon was only good for new customers, so...it would not apply to my purchase, I'd have saved like $10, not really a big deal.

Just for the hell of it, I responded back with a note stating that I was a long time repeat customer. We are not valued?
About 2 hours later, I get a response back...they do like repeat customers after all. They are sending me a $50 gift certificate...:)

Nice folks. They are about an hour north, and love visitors. I've always been treated well there. Good to hear not all customer service has gone in the shitter.

Well he will have to buy something else to redeem that $50 coupon.

I can buy quite a few small trinkets with that $50. I need a carb synchronizer at the moment, perfect timing.
I've been going to Dennis Kirk (not for everything) for about 20 years now, never had a problem with them.
