Hit Craigslist. You might find one in the free section or super cheap.

Well I'm not that tall, so no luck here. Also considering that I've sold several bikes to people that have driven all the way here from Davis to buy bikes here I doubt that Craigslist is going to help you too much. So here's my advice, go to your local bikeshop(s) and find the tallest bike mechanic you can. We all have way too many bikes, and the tall guys always collect them when they see 'em. Also most bike mechanics are chronically cash poor, and bike rich. Good luck.

You can use mine for as long as you need, but if you're still in Davis, I'm about 440 very fucking hot miles south of you. It's a Fisher and it''s too biug for me. I'm 5' 11 7/8"
Or just follow K's advice--that sounds the best.
