Somebody thought of this. Probably spent a lot of time thinking about it. Then it was scripted, script-edited, storyboarded, it was casted, somebody scouted and secured the location, the stunts were developed and tried out, vehicles were hired, props manufactured and cataloged, pyrotechnics developed, the whole crew was carted out to the location, roadblocks were put up, cameras were set up and god knows how many run throughs and takes it took until it was in the can.

A skater in a striped shirt with camo underwear. With a sex doll. A bazooka. WTF?!

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/XOBbmdJTLdE&co ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/XOBbmdJTLdE&co ... edded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

And the character is actually called "skater" by the other guy - if you gotta give an incidental character a name, shouldn't it be something else than what he'd be credited as if he hadn't been named?

That must've been some 80's movie. That's when people had money to piss away on completely inane features that, if it weren't for the internet a decade and a half later, would never see the light of day. I bet there's another hour and a half of that piece of shit out there somewhere.

According to the IMDB, there is:

Who the heck is Andy Sidaris and why does his work warrant release as a collection? And a director's cut special edition, no less?!

I do remember similarly horrible films being used for shelf-filler in video stores over here during the 90s.
I think the owner of the local place bought them so people would actually talk to him as there was no other way to figure out whether some five or ten year old film you couldn't remember hearing about was any good.

Was the destruction of a perfectly good blow-up partner via bazooka truly germane to the storyline?

I live next door to the Portland Mercury... They just played this movie a few weeks ago, outside, on the parking lot wall....
