...so it would seem that according to the board of inquiry, shooting the homeowner 6 times IN THE BACK is in perfect compliance with PD policy.

...I'm glad that I don't live in Phoenix. It's bad enough that I get pulled-over in my garage. At least I didn't get shot. I should probably write a letter to Officer DeVaney in Lakewood and thank him for not shooting me.
