Also, notice that it was 10:45 am on a Tuesday. Hilarious.

The way he holds his head back a lot of the time look as lot like he's trying to avoid some epic hurleage.

That shopkeep was MUCH more patient than I would've been.
That guy would have been sitting on the sidewalk, waiting for the cops at minute three, max.

Sort of sad, coz I hate calling the cops on people, but if that guy is THAT wasted (and my guess is that it's gotta be more than just booze to be so fucked up) he's a danger to himself and everyone around him.
Just think of that guy trying to cross the street, or (yikes) getting behind the wheel of a car.

I kinda feel like the shopkeep was being a dick by not calling the cops. That guy is gonna fall in front of a bus or something. The drunk tank is about the safest place that guy could be.

I also agree that there was more than booze involved. I have been so fucked up I couldn't see, yet I could climb a fence and walk a hell of a lot better than that guy (until I passed out, anyway). Gotta be ketamine or ether or something going on there . . . if not CP.
