Is it a coincidence that italians trying to sing english songs sound exactly the same? of course it's not.

Yeah, sure. Erm...what was that song actually? Because I didn't understand
a single word. I thought I may have heard a few English words, but I cannot be sure.
Also, I really dig those totally over-the-top, lush budget, utterly un-self-conscious 70s and early 80s variety TV show musical numbers.
There's a few in the odd French movie of the era.
The music, the clothes, the hairstyles, the mass-dancing...just brilliant in a quite hilarious way.
