Yeah, so I stumbled upon this website, and basically...maybe it's the flesh-tones they painted the cut-edges with, maybe it's just the over-the-top, fine Japanese engineering madness...but I've been staring at these for almost half an hour...

I am very curious as to why they painted all of the cuts flesh tone. It just seems weird. Otherwise beautiful bike guts.

Because painting collagen, blood, lipids, etc. would be a little difficult, and a bit creepy.

They're not cutaways but when I was in TX earlier this year I picked up " The Fine Art of the Motorcycle Engine" by Dan Pierce.....
