When Bacon Torpedo isn't in use, I'd have to go with Wrinkled Dolphin.
As for the Native American moniker, I've been given the name "Rains from Skull" by the Crow, back in Hardin, MT. (I used to sweat a lot, back in my news photography days)

Hey Berto, did you use a stage name in Mother Trucker? I remember I was Drinky Winky, Bloody Holly, 12-pac Shaker... some others I can't remember. Bobby was Dwight Devil, Cindy was Peggy Suicide.

John Cougar Concentration Camp was kicked around/ Just to be totally offensive and off putting. But, I don't think I had an "official" one.

When I used to live in Boston the corner pizza shop near me had a system where they would take your order, and your name, and then announce your name over a PA system when your order was up. One day I was in line behind a guy who had paranoia issues, and he was really uncomfortable with giving his name. When I got to the clerk, and was asked my name, I looked theatrically left and right and told her- please use my code name. It's Ruby Lips. I used a couple other ones after that- Moonbeam, Fat Man etc. Always good for a laugh.
Just down the street was the taqueria. They used the same order system, but the adorable latina working the register had a really hard time getting the names and pronunciations right. Carrying over the joke, I started telling her my name was El Guapo. This made her embarrassed in the cutest way, and she handed off the responsibility of paging me to whichever of the cooks (all men) was closest. The greek chorus of cooks was highly amused, and it got to the point that they would all call out 'El Guapo!' when I came in the door.
This had gone on for weeks or even months before one of them waved me to his side and divulged to me that where they were from, 'el guapo' was street slang for a pimp.

Great minds think alike. I've heard of the Queers and Screeching Weasel, must've missed JCCC.

Envoy. I like the way it sounds on an SSB.
A couple years ago while working as a civillian contractor at a Navy base working with nuclear subs the guys in charge had code names. They got to pick their own; one was Ironrod Mike, the other was Headwaiter. You can guess which had the bigger ego.
