..and now... Oracle DBA opening too!

My company is looking for a Tier III Oracle DBA too!
Experience requirements include 4 years as Oracle DBA or DB Implementer. Oracle RAC experience extremely helpful.
Ideally you should have functional knowledge of the DB monitoring tool Data Palette if possible.
Cross-cultural work experience is highly desired as about 60% of the work team functions out of India.
My company is a small one - about 100'ish employees total between US and India - but we're growing. We've got a strong business model and a very unique market that is bustling with opportunity for growth. We're based out of Broomfield not far from Level III but my company does offer some consideration for working from home depending on your logistical needs and the needs of the DBA team (the Oracle team tends to offer a lot of work from home flexibility as a rule).
Starting pay on this is around $88k/yr - Depending on Experience naturally. Vacation / sick time package is INCREDIBLE with my company.
