UTMC

It's cold...not that cold, at least not quite as cold as a few weeks ago, but that special, evil kind of cold that seems to stab right through layers of thick wool, right at the bones (or at least thats what it feels like to me, my colleagues were looking on amusedly today as I sat at my desk wearing my thick coat...).

Anyway, there's a little slice of heaven to be had in the awful cold.
Take a pair of sweat-pants, pajama bottoms or the like, and a nice thick pair of socks.
Put them on the heater to get nice and warm.
Put them on before you yourself have warmed up.
Haven't done it in a while, did it again today. Heaven.

I just bought an electric blanket to the GF for christmas. I didn't think it would make a difference for me as she generally is warming up the bed a couple of hours before I go to sleep but ...
electric blankets are HOT.
