This guy worked with Einstein. He his one of the giants of modern physics.
They just opened up a graduate level course in Emergence Theory (which is this guy's main bag) to undergrads, and I signed up for it immediately.

Shit, man, I tried to read the first sentence (read: paragraph) of his wikipedia entry and I don't think I understood much at all.
