Its called an Ekranoplan. I'd seen prop versions of them before, but this is ridiculous and awesome.

Besides, the days of picking up old submarines and strike fighters for like 100 bucks and an old stereo are long over, they figured out you can use money to buy things in the last 20 years over there. Which is why my heating bill is always going up. Fuckers and their vast natural resources...

Top Gear fans will dig this, James May has a go at the Ekranoplan (follow the links on the page for the other 2 parts. Why the BBC broke 2.5 minutes of footage into 3 parts is beyond me)
