What was that text at the end? "The need for speed isn't always the best option for motorcyclists."? Given that the rider didn't appear to be badly hurt, and his bike was able to lazily roll away from the crash, it doesn't seem that he was going too fucking fast. Did he appear to blow a red light, yes that seems clear, but in this case it appears to be more of a case of inattentiveness rather than uncontrolled speed. But then I wasn't there.

I'm just impressed that he was standing before the bike went down. Overall I've got to call that situation a WIN.

I just love the "what's your problem?" look he gives the camera.

Yeah, there might be more to that story.

They might have both been in "Right Turn Only Lanes" or something.

Dude probably just fucked up though.

I agree that the speed doesn't look like the issue. More like he just had a momentary lapse, and ran a red light. Although he could have been smoking it down the street and was going too fast to stop before the intersection.

I also agree that the fact he stands up before the bike falls down is a win. Regardless, I'd wager substantial sums that smacking that bull bar on the front of the cruiser didn't exactly feel good, and that he gets fucked in court regardless of his story. From the video evidence, it seriously just looks like he ran a red.
