Self riding motorcycle is my guess based on the sketch.
I'm not too hot on the design work, but his renders are pretty nice...

Fuck it... I don't have any idea how you would ride this without a 15" Diameter hole in your torso.

I would have to say that there appears to be a linear actuator pushing (and pulling) on the front fork right in the 'fender' area, and then there is a weight shifting system which moves in a remotely controlled to with additional fro, operated by two linear actuators spun from exotic cocobolo wood. Judging by the connectors on the actuators, I believe the system runs on cable tv.
All joking aside, having robotic motorcycle races seems like a very interesting controlled challenge for the technology. Controlled conditions, but interestingly complex set of variables (traffic, tire wear, etc) for AI to try to adjust itself to win.

Amazing design! Really beautiful work. Although I don't see much of a practical purpose for the remote control bike at the moment, I'm imagining a really good VR headset, the bike being powered by batteries, a good amount of environment proofing on it.....
riding on the moon, Mars, through a tornado, Antarctica, shopping malls...
