Just put the URL tags NOT around the URL but around the word (your "here"). Then add something like this to the first URL tag: =http://www.google.com

Should look something like this: {URL=http://www.google.com]here[/URL] except with a [ instead of a {.

Or you could do what everyone else does and hit quote to see how others did it.
