To make one myself at home:

If I bought one at KFC it would have the same affect as $5 hookers that looked like supermodels but still had all of the diseases/meth habits... or disposable Ducatis that came with flip flops, a t-shirt and shorts for riding gear.

Whoever said that a low-carb diet leads to weight-loss simply by being necessarily low-calorie hasn't seen this yet.

If there ever was a reason to figure out how to grow meat in the lab that tastes just as good as the real thing but is low-cal and lowers cholesterol rather than raising it, this dish is it.

Except for what looks like cornflake batter on the chicken. I like the taste of chicken, the cornflakes ruin it.

That mufugger looks tasty, but I haven't set foot in a KFC in years and I ain't about to for that gut bomb.

Maybe makin' one myself with organic ingredients would do though.

While it does look tasty, I'm with motopsycho on this one.

A few years ago, when I was up to about 265 I walked into a Popeye's Fried Chicken.
There were 8 or 10 guys in line ahead of me, and I was, by far the smallest man in the room. The guy in line ahead of me was probably 6'2" and maybe 350lbs wearing a shirt that said, "I love it when you call me Big Daddy".

I left, and haven't been back since.

The un-healthiest burger I ever had was 1000+ calorie Avocado/bacon double something at Carl Jr's. It was the only time I ever been to the place and probably the last. KFC is a health food comparing to that.

I'm totally gonna make me one of those.
Who am I kidding, more than one.
