The on-screen geekiness and excitability of James May is a bit like...what if James Burke had had long hair and striped jumpers instead of male pattern baldness and the polyester apocalypse.
Heck, I even watch his bloody wine programs.
His show about the moon landing and "James May on the edge of space", where he takes a trip with a U-2 up to the stratosphere is 'effin brilliant.
Now, he's a motor-journalist, he has repeatedly stated that he likes old motorcycles...come on James, get on with it!
