i just bought this book at a used bookstore today for 6 bucks! if you are interested in WWII motocycles complete with action photos and some tech details of the different bikes i can certainly try to find a scanner.


i accidentally bought two copies of a book that in some places goes for over 100 bucks, so i have decided to make more of an effort to check out the bookstores now and then.

Oh man! I'm pretty sure I bought that book on ebay during my vicodin/dilaudid fueled shopping spree when I got out of the hospital! I need to go dig in the stacks now

the other book i bought two of is a 1908 edition of the german scientist Ernst Haeckel's "Wonder of Life". in german, of course.

Me too! There's about four months that are a blur of pain/wheelchairs/PT/ebay/lotsa painkillers. I'm betting I wouldn't have paid too much for it, but there might be some guy out there saying:

"you wouldn't believe what this guy paid for a book! He must have hit his head or been on drugs....OR BOTH!"
