to answer the question no, my stomach dies long before my brain does. I'd say medication experiment or medical condition.

I'm sure I've been that drunk before, but probably didn't attempt to walk like that.

A country obsessed with making the world safe by observing with with many, many, many cameras.
Anyway, it's entirely possible that he was drunk. Some people react quite badly to alcohol, but that doesn't necessarily stop them drinking or bingeing.
Idiots in the car should have called an ambulance, even if he hadn't walked into the road, he could have hurt himself in that state, and that is assuming that he wasn't already hurt (alcohol poisoning, drug overdose, concussion, any combination thereof).

I imagine that is about what I looked like trying to walk down the hall of the Cross Keys during The Spring Thing 2009. UTMC gatherings always bring out the worst in me.

Well...there was that one New Year's Eve. I remember LEAVING Trafalgar Square, then I came to in my B&B SEVERAL hours later. Still don't know how I got there.

Then there was that one time I started out in San Diego and came to in Mexico in a hotel room. Don't even remember leaving the enlisted club that night. Barely got back to ship for my duty watch and then spent most of the morning hurling off the side of the aircraft elevator...right next to the officer I'd been drinking with the night before!

I'd tell you more about my adventures in the late '80's if only I could remember them!
