Okay, I made it until page 43, and it's pretty much the only thing one can logically envision considering the amount of foreclosing following the mortgage crisis.

What happens, I wonder, if a person being foreclosed on succesfully contests the foreclosure because of the shoddy practices going on, is the debt declared paid or something?

I dont know. It seems that no one really knows where the orginating signed documents are, or which bank actually has standing, or who actually is owed, and who can actually forclose, and most of the loans have been sold to mutal funds, pension funds and such (repackaged blind in a box)

I think the part T. Jefferson spoke of is coming to pass.

"If the American people ever allow private banks
to control the issue of their money,
first by inflation and then by deflation,
the banks and corporations that will
grow up around them (around the banks),
will deprive the people of their property
until their children will wake up homeless
on the continent their fathers conquered."

Just the fact that it took them 7FUCKING PAGES to spell, (or misspell) the word Casesum, or Casum, or whatever, is just fucked.

Maybe it's time for a do-over.
