How come whenever I get a notification from HQ, they come in pairs even if it's fopr one post?

Wow. I’ve fallen into the weird, and not in the good way. Please follow along and try to figger:
I intended to, and actually keyboarded Since I googled Motorcycle Cult and joined up in 2006. But the topmost line you see on this post is what showed up. I got giddy and called my wifey to watch me type it out again. She and the kiddies watched, and the second line is what showed up!!! T horoughly exuberated, I rejoiCed, but wifey suggested cutting and pasting from Word, which is what I’m doing now. This is what I wrote, cut and pasted from Word.

The FBI guy told me he only gets one from each, so it looks like you've got a double. Oh and sorry i never answered your PM a ways back, you'll never believe how I keep forgetting, short term memory FTL. Of course now I'm afraid to go back...
