Nothing beats home made tamales and pozole.

Funny, we were saying yesterday how we'd love to get some good proper tamales -- which are damn difficult to find on this side of the country.

Our neighbors brought us the spicy asada ones; we also have chicken and chocolate. Seriously, chocolate, and yes, they're good. They were made by one of my coworkers' abuelita. She speaks no english, and is less trhan 5' tall, so you know it's authentic.

Y'all are welcome out here for as many as you like--especially you Jaeger and Mishka. Sunny out, but chilly, a high of only about 68 (had a nice ride this morning). But the tamales are well worth braving our chilly weather. I can even whip you all up some mole.
