FDA recalls Toxic Waste because of lead contamination

Well, whatever you accuse the manufacturer off, false labeling certainly isn't on the list!

Well, okay, it's toxic, and now after the recall it certainly is waste, also, I guess consumer advocates will complain about the lack of the advertised nuclear content.
However, this is just such ... darn, I can't think of the word, only the concept, which I cannot articulate. I'm sure it starts with an s, though.
