Barn finds!

I love the fantasy of discovering one of the lost '66 GT350 convertibles that Shelby gave away as gifts (pink one is still missing) or the Daytona coupe that was lost to fire but mysteriously disappeared.

I was just outside of Steamboat springs where a guy had a 67GTA fastback mustang and a 59 vette in a barn. So, for those of you who share this fantasy, here's some eye candy. Someday I'll find that MV Agusta 750 Super America in a barn... I hope.

A few years ago there was a gigantic stash of old bikes found in a salt mine in Italy somewhere I think. Most everything had been rotted to dust but there was some really neat stuff in there. Once.
It was the collection of the local police force; they were bikes that were confiscated for various reasons.

I just spotted a mid-sixties Lincoln Continental peaking out from under a rotten old tarp in Oakland the other day.
It looks to be in good shape.
Probably molded to shit on the inside, though.

My recent barn find. More like sitting right outside the barn.

It was titled though.

The owner was super rad. He had a loft he could ride his bikes up to for storage. He had probably 20 bikes. Most were vintage hondas 305cc and under. One husky and a modern dual sport. A few mini trails. It was an awesome experience.

This is part of my friend's garage, I grew up helping him mess with a bunch of these (and I still do!).

just about 30 miles south of here there is a crazy guy who been storing cars in the woods for past 4 decades, 100's of cars, same are pretty rare. It seems that he just buys them and drives them in...

Couple of my buddies hiked in there and the pictures were spectacular! Everything from Brand new cars with window stickers still on to school buses and army tractors!
