The resolution is not so sharp and it's a bit hard for me to read (and my Japanese is shite anyway) but it does say something on the left about 13 industry (?) veterans, and then on the right is a list of names and ages. You really want to be sure that you're really getting some well aged porn actors before you put your yen down.
