Did one in Norfolk last year. Free. It was a good time, but it was chaos on the streets of Norfolk. Cops held the perimeter of about 10 city blocks. Great fun.

Pretty pricey. You'd think it'd be $32 for participants and $67 for spectators, not the other way 'round.
