Not only did this make me laugh, but the naked FZ1 about halfway through is just a bit amazing. It's usually parked a few blocks from my office.

It reminds me of a time in Phoenix when my family and I were blocked by a bunch of squids in all 4 lanes of a highway doing exactly 65.
But if NYPD is going to be that literal about the law, then good for him. Crack down on the people blocking the path, just like if it were in the roadway.
Stupid for not having a helmet on at the least, though.

Had to share with a friend who recently went to the hospital for serious injuries after hitting a parked trailer in the bike lane in San Diego.
