In the world of movie car replicas, some are bad, some are good and some are simply outstanding.

This guy has more money than sense (note the Chevy Cheetah in his garage). This is no fiero based kit car, the frame is monocoque, the suspension is fully independent race suspension with brembos all around.

Sure, he likely could have fed Africa for a year with what this thing cost to design and build, but, well he didn't. Anyway, I thought it was an amazing cage!

Oh, the sport of kings.

So is he going to Bonneville with it or what?

I perused the site and it seems he's got plenty of dough but seems kind of short on practical experience. He's obviously into whatever it is he does but seems kind of, well, like a rich slacker who wants to go right to F1 racing without jumping through all the other hoops.

But judging from all the crap those ^ guys dish out at him, I can't help from having a little bit of cheering for the underdog.

Honestly, not one of my favorite designs. I really did like the utilitarian design of the Tumbler.

As loud as that thing is, what kind of stereo and speakers do you think he has in there?

While that thing is impressive, I'll take the Cheetah, plz. Could you imagine pulling into a smog station with a motherfucking turbine powered Batmobile?

"excuse me sir, where is the OBDII port, and where are your CARB stickers for the engine modifications?"
