with any luck this may be the last time i ever <s>have to</s> get to cook for 20+ people, so i am making the most of it.

BEST FUCKING HOLIDAY OF THE YEAR!
Except for the fact that I have to fly home this year, tonight in fact, I am totally stoked for Thanksgiving as I am every year.

I'm thankful for being able to complain about the household of inlaws due tomorrow; for the sick children being brought into our house to infect us all with runny, snotty noses; for the 10 loads of dishes I have to process in the process of processing 14 portions of a gluttonous meal; for the ruined banana nut bread that I'm a bit pissed about; and for the bliss that happens when screaming kids, loud adults, and burning dinner rolls make a bastard "terrorist" want to run away.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
One of my favorites for 2 reasons: 1) gluttony with the people I love 2) a holiday without being a holyday.
