The weta looks so much like a locust I can't help but imagine huge swarms with millions of them crawling and hopping all over the place. <shiver>

My fave. I've seen these things but I didn't realize they got that fucking big. Says they probably ate Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan, taking their bones into their caves.
