We'd need to paint it motorcycle colored, but I think it'll do.

Pintgudge's suggestion seems closer to roads. Plus, it has a chapel!

We could be just like the X-Men living there.

Didn't James Bond sink that thing in "Thunderball"?

I'm actively trying to lease/purchase a location in Denver to be used as my primary residence/motorcycle shop/sculpting studio. It's 1.78 Acres with 37,000 sqft of warehouse space and a 3,600 sqft home/office building. It touches the train tracks and has a secret entrance from below I-70. It is zoned I-B, UO-2.

If anyone was ever serious about having a dedicated UTMC headquarters, this would be a very good candidate. It's big enough we could throw rallies there and there is plenty of covered bike parking.

I've got a good relationship with the owner, and I might just start by leasing a part of it... who knows. If not today, perhaps next year.

Um, hello? Helipads and a sub launching bay. We could get to whichever roads we wanted.

That's Lord British's castle, isn't it? Check above the doorway for loose plaques before moving in.

We already have an HQ. This. And it comes complete with a fallout shelter.
