SoCal (Santa Barbara) -- Tattoo Question

Hey, SoCal folks --
My wife's cousin (and Godmother to Spud) is heading out to Santa Barbara next week for business and has decided she wants to get inked while out there. Any suggestions on shops?

A good friend of mine who I trust in these matters said either Energy Tattoo, or Golden Eagle.
Both are on State Street.
I don't know anything about anything, but my friend does. At least this is a starting point. Hope it helps.
