Dutch court upholds ban on foreigners buying pot.

The common market, weirdly enough, is only a common market for the corporations, not for anyone else, it seems. Oh, well. There's a town in Galicia that is renting out several acres to a pot-growers club (apparently it isn't illegal for personal use in Spain), I hope that catches on.

Don't worry, the shop on the south of Holland already said that they will not apply this decision and the rest of the shop will oppose it as a discrimination.

I don't have very good cable service at home, so I watch a lot of National Geographic and Animal Planet. There is a show on one of them called Wild Justice about California game wardens and their wacky adventures. In just about every episode they come across a "for personal use" grower with a small garden somewhere in their home, and it makes me smile everytime that person pulls out their card/license and the warden's shake their hand politely and walk away. Then again, it also makes me smile everytime they bust someone with an unlicensed garden (almost always out in a national forest for some reason) and that person plays the "well I thought it was legal in California" card.
