So here's the deal. I placed an ad for 2 planter boxes for sale that I had made. They're basically 4'x6"x6" boxes lined with 24 ga. galvanized sheet metal. I get this email:
Minerva- NO HOLES? USELESS FOR PLANTING.
My response- One drill bit and 15 seconds can fix that...
Minerva- Drilling galvanized zinc is not easy.

Should I even respond to this?

Well, of course it's not easy. If you use a concrete bit.

Offer to manufacture any holes she wants for an extra 10 bucks if she pays in advance.

I'm just guessing, but I imagine the Venn diagram of planter box enthusiasts and people comfortable with applying power tools to metal probably has very small overlap.

YES! And let us know the outcome!

I have a mental image of someone, with their tongue just sticking out of their mouth, trying to spin an inverted planter box on top of a stationary drill bit.
