Knowing only exactly one phrase of Dutch, but being reasonably familiar with a sister language of the Dutch, I think I gathered the chorus was regarding "I'm riding Zündapp".
While I recall xtian explaining that no, he doesn't comprehend flemish folk, perhaps he can find someone else to translate?

Way back, when Zündapp went belly up, they sold the whole plant to China, where they restarted production under the "Xunda" brand. Phonetically fairly close. I wonder whether they are still around...

EDIT: Don't you know, they are. Zhejiang Xunda, probably sounds almost the same as Zündapp to non-indo-germanic speakers.
According to their website, they are a plastic molding company that also makes motorcycles. All of which I found are China-Junk scooters, actually. So, a quite fitting description, really.

you don't just understand dutch, they're a different kind. nobody can understand them, it's just like dog whistles.
but basically yes, just like you, all I can understand is "I ride a zundapp" and a vague echo of an old americana song rythm that maybe I'll be able to identify once sober of sometimes around 4 in the morning.
