Scissorlifts and mayhem

So, I've been a mostly unemployed sheet metal worker for the last 2 1/2 years, but have recently found myself back working at the large LAX airport expansion job. We call it the "Clusterfuck". I've been doing 7 day weeks, nightshift for the last 3 weeks. I expect to be laid off in the next 5 days or so......But anyhow...I had a moment of clarity the other night, (Memorial Day). I'm cruising the scissorlift down the sidewalk at departures at 3am, with my hardhat headlamp blinking at techno dance speed, wearing a hawaiian shirt and thinking to myself, "holy crap. I'm making 90 bucks an hour on graveyard doubletime to rip around LAX on a fun little scissorlift." Sounds like the prank a younger version of myself would have pulled....

Nice moment of clarity. And anytime you're on a scissor lift and on the clock, its a good day. Good luck!
