Rench's wrench?

A few years back, someone needed some parts or something, PNW I believe, and along with them I sent a specialized shock-adjusting wrench. Which I kinda need back. But hell if I remember who I sent it to... 
So if this sounds familiar to anyone, and you've always wondered where that weird spanner in the bottom of your toolbox came from, PM or call me. Thanks!
