I always thought that it would be cool to have an LED crawler (marquee) sign that runs on 12 volts and can fit on the back of my vehicle. Include a small keyboard and a few programmable memory locations with dedicated buttons for one-touch quick access and I think it would be the next Pet Rock.
Hmmm, I wonder how many of those pet rocks ended up being thrown at an errant motorist??

If I could get my power issues sussed out on my bike, I've often thought of one of these. I'd have messages like, "GET OFF MY ASS!!", or "NICE SIGNAL...JACKASS!!", or "UNOFFICIAL POLICE TEST VEHICLE" (I'd probably get arrested eventually, but it'd keep people the fuck away from me).
