Hiya,
I thought some of you e. coasters might be interested in this (CISCO!!!). Next month a bunch of friends and coworkers of mine are going to go white water rafting and paintballing in PA. Let me know if you want to come too! It should be fun
Skirmish is the largest paintball field(s) in the US (world too??) - a few of the people going have been there before and say it's awesome.
When: Saturday August 27th
Where: Skirmish! (www.skirmish.com) Jim Thorpe, PA about 2 hours outside NYC
What: White water rafting and paintball (wooo!!!!)
Time: rafting starts at 9am and lasts 5 hours, paintball starts around 6:30pm and lasts until 10:30. Yes, we plan on being in LOTS of pain by the end of the day. You can also do just rafting OR paintball if you don’t want 10 hours of fun
Check the website for prices though J
Cost: $56.90/person + the cost of paintballs. We can buy paintballs by the case, and would be about $25/person for 500 paintballs/person.
Let us know if you are in, and definitely invite anyone we forgot or don’t know. We need to make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance – and the sooner the better apparently. It should be a good time.
I hope some of you can make it!
