For all of us who work in incoming call centers, Jaeger, I hope someone blows one of your fingers off or something.
Oh...damnit... 
Actually, that is a cool list. As a call center worker, about 90% of the time, I'd rather they just get through anyway. We've got a very simple phone system in place here (ssn, zip code, DOB, and then you come through to us), and people STILL throw ever-loving shit-fit tantrums about it. I just want to send them to my Visa card and then maybe they'll appreciate how easy ours is.

I just press "0" until I get someone, works every time, and if it doesn't then I just hang up and return whatever product it is that has caused me so much stress. Then burn their office down

My bit of advice if you are calling your cell phone service provider. . . . .
"If you are calling to open a new account, press or say '1', if you are calling with regards to an existing accout, press or say '2'."
Guess who gets to an operator faster. . . .
