how to tell when the NSA/CIA/etc need people

a job description from a company that just happens to be located somewhere between Fort Mead and the NSA:

"DIGITAL ARTIST/ANIMATOR

Design and develop interactive interfaces, instructional media and 2D animations, graphics and web pages for use in educational products. Provide input into product design requirements and branding, monitor resource allocations and applications to project and guide design process throughout product development. Other responsibilities will include creating, testing and maintaining web based and other learning products. Ideal candidate will work in an integrated team environment with other graphic designers, instructional designers, application developers, videographers and subject matter experts to develop other previously noted products but must be able to work independently as well. Must have a strong understanding of web development (CSS,Flash,etc), interaction design and branding and an ability to guide others through the design process.

Qualified candidate must have minimum of BA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia or a related discipline and 5 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of graphic design theory, electronic design layout, use of color, design theory, 2D animation and typography required. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash required. Solid organization and management skills required. Must be comfortable in creating and working with storyboards and style guides. Must be knowledgable in Macromedia Flash. Knowledge of instructional design concepts is a bonus. A portfolio is required at the time of interview."

If only the commute wasn't so long, I'd be able to work less than a mile from Bob's BMW.
