Because the board got shutdown again because of a load of database, I had to fettle with the settings again.
As part of that, the server no longer stores what topics you have or haven't read.
IT IS STILL RECORDED!
But now, that information lives in a delicious cookie, rather than the forum database.

Upside: this should reduce the load of database.
Downside: if you use multiple devices to access the board, or you reject delicious cookies, you won't always have that information cookie. But the New Posts feature should take care of that.

Are you familiar with the first 5 minutes of Tropic Thunder???

What you have posted.. I just can't say for sure if it is real or not. Superb. The section in the car starting at :55 had me convinced it was an SNL skit, but then I lost confidence.

From the CNN story: "The witness asked not to be identified so that he does not anger the juggalos."
Really. Really? (giggle) Not the best day to be a writer for CNN.

First thing... SEMINARS? On what? Doing meth and knocking up your sister? (After writing that I noticed that Rev pointed that out too... double funny)

Next... What in the fuck did the voiceover guy say at 10:52 right before HELICOPTER RIDES... also, HELICOPTER RIDES???

They did say that there would be a... HATCHET HOUSE BUBBLE FOAM PARTY? What the fuck is that?

Honestly... I didn't know that most of the things that they talked about were even things. This was very informative. That was the best, most confusing, 17 minutes I have spent this whole year.

I was skeptical up until I saw the trailer for the movie... then I shit my pants with glee, put it next on my netflix queue, ordered it from amazon, (overnight bitches) and slapped my sister right across her clown painted face. How is it possible to not be excited for clown faced people making a western. That is 100% pure amazing.

I presume it will indeed be "The greatest time you mutherfucker [sic] will ever have. I put that on my nuts bitch."

I would like to start the planning for the UTMC get together next year that just so happens to take place at the same time and place as the gathering #12. It could be epic. Also... dozer just might crash a dual sport into a jugglette (sp?) dislocate his shoulder and get some chlamydia. I want to be there for that.

Remember RJ will be there "He does have good dick jokes." Really? Is he a comedian now?

I only had to watch it once and its still ringing in my head. The mock-angry/pleading-sad announcer sounds like The Mighty Oz dominating your shit from behind that flimsy curtain. I love that they are promising variety and diversity of music as a selling point, yet all the acts seem to be coming from the same wellspring, and they have now made plenty of buzz for throwing things at performers. Who throws a beer can at the Method Man? Throwing feces at Tila Tequila I pretty much consider common sense, but if these guys will throw a beer can at da mef I have to speculate they are out of control. I love the genius of the all-our-bands-are-masked theme- its so incredibly flexible and sustainable. Need a new masked-bassist? You don't even need to find a handsome one! I love the obvious struggle to attract and cater to women. I can't stop muttering 'seminars' in my announcer voice. I may never watch it again and still, sometime tomorrow, I will probably say 'seminars'.
